After a tour of newly-built, just-opened Killeen Fire Station #4 by Fire Chief Jim Kubinski, the Rotary Club of Killeen Heights installed a Peace Pole. It was a great success thanks to the support of so many volunteers that worked hard and supported this project.
They prepped the ground for planting, laid pavers and brought in two Rotary benches for the firemen to rest on. There were 18 Rotarians and two guests. A total of 50 volunteer hours was clocked for this inspirational project.
