The Northwest Austin Rotary Club working with an Austin NGO, Water to Thrive, has a current global grant in Ethiopia to provide 12 water wells to rural communities. They are inviting Rotarians to travel to Ethiopia with Water to Thrive on November 1-15--
● to explore this ancient culture and fascinating country;
● to visit the twelve water sites we are funding through our Rotary Foundation grant "Water Wells for Healthy Families;"
● to meet community members benefiting from this project;
● to meet the wonderful Rotary partners in Addis Ababa working with us to install the water wells;
● to learn about what other work Rotarians are doing and other possibilities for cooperation;
● to visit various tribes whose culture is very different and whose history is very long.
