Rotary Planetarium Night

Join us for a relaxing evening under the dome of the Mayborn Planetarium & Space Theater at Central Texas College on March 24 from 6-8 p.m. Social hour begins at 6 with refreshments and fellowship, followed by a brief meeting and showing of "Astronaut." Members are free, and guests are $5. Sign up online or at meetings through March 18.
"Astronaut," an immersive planetarium show to be created by the National Space Center, takes you from Earth into space... and beyond. You'll explore the amazing worlds of inner and outer space, from floating around the International Space Station to maneuvering through microscopic regions of the human body. Presented in stunning high-definition, 360-degree Fulldome video and explosive surround sound, "Astronaut" is an experience like nothing on Earth.
The presentation of Astronaut will be followed by a tour of our Central Texas night sky.
